There
are rich and poor that are corrupt, but how can anyone be stupid
enough to think that the poor are exploiting the system more than the
rich. Usually the only reason the poor are ever allowed to exploit
the system is so a rich man can get richer. If you are not stupid and
you are complaining about the freeloading poor, you must be
benefiting from the freeloading rich.
