Health Care Law Individual Mandate Ruled Unconstitutional By Appeals Court

“I do not know if it is going to help or hurt when we are no longer required to have car insurance. It does seem to be unconstitutional to require everyone to have car insurance. I guess if we can buy coverage to protect us against uninsured motorists it will be okay. Car insurance is just the tip of the ice berg.”
