Afghanistan: Billions In Aid Failed To Create Progress

“Why can we not use refugees to deal with the problem through out the world? Especially those caused by political systems or the lack there of. It seems to me that a lot of problems are actually an opportunity. Because capitalism is always in need of new markets and cheaper labor, the US can no longer consider becoming isolationists. The US has had to get into the policing of the world due to the world holdings of the US corporations. This costs the US dearly in money and lives. Lack of and bad political systems have brought on war lords, dictators and terrorists. This and many other things cause massive numbers of refugees through out the world. I think that the US and other world powers that want to help should take all of these refugees in, and make them International Citizens. Feed and house them while at the same time sending them to school, teaching them democracy, capitalism and constitutional government.(Especially the separation of church and state.)  Under the guidance of the US, those that wanted to become soldiers for the purpose of one day liberating their countries and forming a new democratic government, could do so.
