It takes one to know one. Beck is the worst kind, a defender of the rich. As the gap between the rich and poor widens you will see more and more animals. One might one day find themselves an animal. And when the animals bring down the rich you will probably find yourself back in the dark ages if history is any indication. History tells us that America will go the way of Rome. I would like to add this. My only hope is that the internet and people like me being able to say things like this will some how prevent them from happening.

Another Big Lie

Another big lie is being perpetrated. Religion is not what is behind this. If the people in the middle east had been allow to share in the wealth of their own oil all of this would not be happening. The people have finally realized that their leader sold them down the river and are over throwing them. Many realize that the U.S. helped their leaders to exploit them. When a leader is over thrown it only gets worse because there is nothing to fill the void. It becomes anarchy and chaos. It spreads through out the whole region. That is what you are seeing.

I feel that people can only be exploited by capitalists for so long before they start fighting back. When people are not doing well their religion becomes even more important in there lives and can become the spark for rebellion. It appears to me that capitalism has failed. When there are billionaires and people going hungry under capitalism it has failed. People attacking us is just the on set of it falling. It might not be long and our own people will be rebelling. You do not think the world suffering because of the exploitation is not seen by the exploited? Capitalists are not about to stop and they are in control. I will bet you that the father of capitalism, Adam Smith would be the first to agree. According to Adam Smith, the whole idea of capitalism was to provide more equality through competition and regulations. He also warned us against all that has happened to cause its failure. It looks to me like it has failed and it will be just a matter of time before it falls. I doubt that who we elect as president will matter much. I believe that Obama will do the most to slow its failure, but there is probably no way it can be stopped. It looks to me like the people that think the same as Romney are the ones who brought us to this point, so electing him will only speed things up.

(shared) Why Communism and Capitalism Do Not Work

I remember a teacher saying that communism was a good idea, it just does not work. The obvious reason for this would be that man is not good enough for it to work. How can that be true, me and my wife living together for over 50 years, and practicing communism shows me that me and her are good enough to be communists. We have shared equally for all of these years without being equal in our abilities. She is smarter than me and works harder yet she is willing to share equally. Our marriage problems have never been from equality. When you expand this communistic living to children and pets it continues to work rather well. You might need to put pressure on a lazy child or husband to do their share. That would lead me to believe that the reason communism does not work on a larger scale is that not every one is good enough for it to work. The ones not good enough corrupt the system. This same thing seems to be true with capitalism. Corruption seems to be on the verge of destroying it. Not unlike communism, capitalism (according to father of capitalism,Adam Smith) is a way of keeping people relatively equal through competition and regulations. Why is it not working, corruption? Socialism also has its problem with corruption although it does allow the poor to benefit from this corruption. That might be the reason capitalists and socialists fight each other, not room for corruption from both the rich and poor.

I was so disappointed with what seemed to contradict the findings that reduced calorie intake increased longevity until I read the article and realized it was confirming what I had figure out when the experiment was first done on mice some 20 years ago. When the calorie intake had been reduced starting at the birth of the mice the result were best, and the mice grew to a much smaller size than normal. This told me right away that the mice had grown to a size that matched their calorie intake and that they were no longer on a starvation diet. The mice were not over eating or under eating. This told me that all we needed to do is not over eat and not under eat to live longer. That is also why when I read “The Zone Diet” by Dr. Berry Sears, it was further proof. The calorie intake on his diet was much less than normal and you did not gain or lose weight when eating the perfect amount. The athletic results achieved from this were down right unbelievable. Sears took it one step further by figuring out what seems to be the perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat. With my conspiratorial mind I have to start wondering why these things are not being publicized. I get the feeling it has to do with who is going to lose money if people cut down on their eating and are therefore in almost perfect health. The food industry and the pharmaceutical industry? Doctors would also not do so well, but most would probably happily accept it.

They still do not seem to get it do they? It was not the banks and it was not wall street, unless you consider bond rating agencies part of wall street. It was the bond rating agencies like Standard and Poor's. If the rating agencies had rated the mortgage backed securities triple F instead of triple A, pension fund managers and other investors would not have bought them. Case closed! If every one would read “The Big Short” by Michael Lewis they would realize that the banks did not need to be bailed out. The ones needing bailed out were the ones that had sold insurance (credit default swaps) on the mortgage backed securities. AIG for one sold those credit default swaps and should be taking the bond rating agencies to court. Why are they not doing so? All in bed together, maybe? These bonds (mortgage backed securities) enabled banks to lend money risk free. The bond holders were the ones left holding the bag and the people who had bought insurance on the bonds made million. AIG and other insurance sellers stood to go under. So who should be going to jail? Rating agency CEO's? One of the big reason this all happened is that no one considered the fact that people were losing their jobs to China and would not be able to pay their mortgages.

The opening of cheap labor to the world is why everything is crumbling in the western world. When enough jobs are lost to cheap labor it affects your tax base. Without jobs in a country, were is the money going to come from? The rich? I do not think so. If you tax them and they can not find a way out of paying them, they will go else where. The globalization of labor without the globalization of everything is not going to work. A one world government would need to be put in place before globalization has any change of working. How can small business in the country compete with it? I believe that the importation of some of this cheap labor is also making it into this country. Service jobs are about all we have here. It seems to me that the free trade agreement came into being long before Obama was elected. What I do not understand is why neither the Democrats or Republicans say much about this. Especially now that there is no way for Americans to buy American. All of this would not be so bad if the corporations had some competition and there were world regulations to level the playing field. Duh! Why wouldn't big businesses be doing well? The unregulated cheap labor of the whole world has been opened up to all the big businesses of the world. The countries offering this cheap labor also impose very little regulation on the companies. If the country that the big business comes from give it too much trouble it will just move somewhere in the world that lets it do what it wants. Now tell me how a small business can compete with that? If they do fine a niche and make it, the moment they become large enough they will also take advantage of cheap unregulated labor. This should lead to a time when there are only super rich and super poor. It did not take much thought to figure that out. If the Americans had only bought foreign products made by foreign manufacturers this could have been prevented and at the same time we would not have been protectionists. Too late now my friends. All we can do now is blame the President that did not cause this and probably could have done nothing to even slow this. I just wonder why this is not being told to the American people by are news media. Just joking, I know why.

People assume that if we were created it means that a god was involved. Critical thinking should tell a person that we could have been created without there being a god. In fact, with quantum showing strong evidence that nothing is real makes the possibility of creation a little more viable than previously thought. If 300 years ago I had suggested to you TV would one day exist, I could understand being laughed at an called a nut. At that time there was not much evidences pointing in that direction. The evidence for quantum non reality does exist and thinking of the ramifications is a natural process for those who find it fun to think. It is fun to think out side the box sometimes. Of course that does not diminish science in anyway. It was science that brought this possibility into being. If the Zecharia Sitchin paradigm is correct, humans could have been created within the last 10000 years. If you call genetic engineering creating. He obviously does not have enough evidence to prove it, but if he is correct it would sure go a long way toward explaining why man believes in Gods. I find it more plausible than any religion. Of course I do not find any religion plausible. I have only heard the Sitchin paradigm second hand so will not by any means say it is a fact. Some peoples reaction to this will be that Sitchin is a nut case, so I will say it now, some people seen the person saying that time slowed down with speed as a nut case and I am sure there were those that thought his evidence was flawed. I will question the Sitchin paradigm like I do everything. In that the gap between the rich and poor is growing faster every day I would venture to say that the rich have divided the poor to the point of just about having complete control. Looking at history have you ever seen a time when the rich needed a large middle class, to get richer or to stay rich? Think about it. I would even go so far as to say that a large middle class has only slowed them down due to the competition of the new wealthy it produced, and worse yet for them, some of the new wealthy actually want to give back. No wonder the rich are working so hard to eliminate the middle class.

I would like to address a misconception that a lot of people have by asking you a few questions.
1. Are you open minded?
2. Do you consider yourself generous?
3. Are you favorable to progress or reform?
4. Are you favorable to or in accord with the concepts of maximum individual freedom possible?
5. Are you in favor of representational forms of government rather than aristocracies and monarchies?
6. Are you against prejudice and bigotry?
I like to use the dictionary as a source at times, and if you answered yes to most or all of the above questions, according to the dictionary, you are a liberal.
I would like to say that no matter how dirty of a word conservative talk show hosts and the news media make it, I WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO BE LIBERAL!
By the way, liberal and conservative are not opposite in their meaning. I consider myself a conservative liberal. I hate waste and try to live with in my means. That is being a conservative. I am just a want to be liberal, though, as I am not good enough to actually be one.
     In reality we are all not that much different from one another. The differences are being magnified for the purpose of dividing us. In that there are more havenots than haves, should tell you why we are being divided.      
      Something else interesting, in Germany the liberal party is almost the same as the conservative republican party of the U.S. That should give you some idea as to how the meaning of words gets change by the media. ...

I think that a woman should have the right to make the abortion decision, even though I am not a big fan of abortion. I am even less of a fan of wars, disease and starvation brought on by over population. Why is it that these anti abortionists are not up in arms about that. Don't people that are already alive count. We probably have enough resources and technology on earth today to make us not over populated, and everyone well off. A lot of the same people that are all up in arms out abortion, are probably also the ones that believe that it is okay for some people to make 500 times more that others only working maybe 2 times as hard, or in some cases not working at all. The only way that this could be right, is after every man woman and child on earth is taken care of. You bleeding heart conservatives, get up in arms about the thousands of lives that are lost due to our not sharing.

If Obama were any kind of politician, he would not be making the mistake of being transparent. Any good politician knows that the less you have to say the less ammunition the opposition will have to use against you. The more you have to say the more it can be spun and twisted. Obama goes on TV about 3 times a week giving everyone updates on his thoughts and ideas, and then to top it all off he answers question for almost an hour sometimes. Not a good politician. In reality that should be a plus. What a sad form of government this one has become. Oh well, I have a feeling it is not going to be around much longer. Too bad that there is nothing out there to replace it. There are some Scandinavian countries that seem to be getting it right, but will not have the power to replace us. We are told that their people are over taxes, when , if I am not mistaken, we are taxed more after counting all of our hidden taxes. What difference does it make, we are probably a thing of the past.

What a lot of people do not realize is that there are probably rich among us that would like nothing better than for this country to go into a depression. There are those that would probably not only not be hurt by it they would benefit highly. Their money could buy up everything cheaply in a depression. Could those be the same ones wanting the U.S. to default on its debt? Not only could they accomplish what they want, they could blame it on Obama. Then again is it really a bad thing? It would probably end up reducing our national debt and help the people who really matter (the rich) and get rid of some of the ones who do not (the poor). The poor that survive would be willing to work for Chinese wages and the U.S. could be more competitive. Hey, can you argue with that? (That was satire for those who did not recognize it.)..

In our system of government the president is most likely nothing more than a figure head. He is probably there for the hard working people with no time for thinking about politics to have someone to blame or give credit to. As for the people who have time to think about politics, they believe the way they want, relative to their wants and needs. Then they look for information to support their way of believing, calling their source of information the only reliable source, even if it comes from the National Enquirer or Fox news, which in reality are probably just about as reliable as any other. In my opinion there is not enough known reliable information out there to have an intelligent opinion on much of anything. So like every one else I will carry on with my self important chatter.

With what seems to be on the horizon, it is looking more and more like the republicans do not want the presidency. Why else would they present these candidates? That is probably why Christie would not run. Maybe they are learning from history. The last time they put us into a depression, it was a long time before they could get the American people to vote republican. Even though big money seems to be in almost complete control, they still might not want to chance having a republican president when everything crumbs.

I submit that free press can be more dangerous than state owned press in that the lies of free press are believed more than the lies of state owned press. Use the old proverb “do not believe anything you hear and only half of what you see” Remember that reading is the same as hearing and with our having computers I would add not to believe anything seen or heard on the computer. Also, like with science, question everything.
